Ankle Athletics

Ankle mobility, or lack thereof, can hinder functional movements like walking, squatting, or kneeling. After an ankle sprain our ankles can become hyper-mobile, causing lots of other problems with stability. I see both ankle stability and mobility deficits limiting day-to-day activities, as well as athletic pursuits. Here are some exercises that may be helpful to rehab, or prevent, ankle sprains. Not sure if you need to focus on mobility or stability (or maybe both)? Reach out to me and we can find the right exercises for your ankles. Let’s get moving!
